By accessing or using the Bescored application and website (bescored.org), you agree to be bound by these Bescored Terms of Service. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you must not use our services.

Bescored provides football statistics, analytics, and data-driven match predictions. Our services are for informational and entertainment purposes only. Bescored does not provide gambling services and does not accept bets.

Certain features of the service require a paid subscription. By subscribing, you agree to the following:

• Automatic Renewal: Your subscription will automatically renew at the end of each billing period (monthly, quarterly, semiannually or annually) unless you cancel it.
• Billing: Payments are processed via PayPal, Stripe and Dodo Payments. You authorize Bescored to charge your provided payment method for the recurring subscription fee.
• Pricing: We reserve the right to change our subscription plans or adjust pricing. Any price changes will take effect following notice to you.

Cancellation: You can cancel your subscription at any time through the PayPal customer portal, Stripe customer portal or Dodo Payments customer portal. To avoid being charged for the next period, you must cancel at least 3 days before your renewal date.

No Refunds: All payments made to Bescored are non-refundable. We do not provide refunds or credits for any partial subscription periods or unused features. Upon cancellation, you will continue to have access to the service until the end of your current billing cycle.

You agree not to:

• Use the service for any illegal purposes.
• Attempt to reverse engineer, scrape, or extract data from the Bescored application or website.
• Share your account credentials with third parties.

Bescored provides data "as is" without warranties of any kind. While we strive for accuracy, we do not guarantee the correctness of statistics or the outcome of any match. Bescored shall not be liable for any financial losses or damages resulting from the use of our analytics.

We reserve the right to modify these Terms of Service at any time. Continued use of the service after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the new terms.
